In Japan, it is still common for mothers to be in charge of cooking. However, the number of households where fathers cook is increasing. Japanese mothers are busy working and doing housework. It's not common for people to hire nannies. Despite this, I am expected to be perfect at work and at home. This is Japan's problem.

Let's leave the complicated topics aside. That's not what I want to talk about right now. I just want to talk about omelet rice!

Families with children often make and eat omelet rice. This is a food that both children and adults love. Until I grew up, I thought this was an American food. This is because it is a food made using tomato ketchup. I think Americans love ketchup. Is it wrong?

Finely chop onions and green peppers, cut sausages, and fry in a frying pan. Once the rice is cooked, add the rice and season with ketchup and salt and pepper. Finally, cover it with thethinly baked egg and it's done.

There are shops specializing in omelet rice in Japan. The name of the shop is "RAKERU". They have omelet rice with demi-glace sauce and hamburger steak! It's my favorite store too.
